This offering includes the desirable entire front portion of a 2-townhouse building, with 2 exclusive outdoor spaces (not shared!) including a ground level patio with dining seating, bbq, & fire pit + a 2nd level ocean & sunset view deck! Other features of this 2-level, 2br+2ba beach home include 2 parking, 2 SMART TVs, wood flooring, & sleeps 6 (4 adults max).
HIGHLIGHTS
The space was newly remodeled & professionally designed by local design team Casas by Craft with a coastal theme in mind. As you enter the home off the 1st level you’ll be greeted with a spacious open floorplan main living area.
The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinets galore, granite countertops & backsplash, stainless-steel appliances, & bar seating for 4. The living room includes 2 sofas + mounted SMART TV (with full cable), & french doors that lead to your very own ground level patio fully equipped with a bbq, outdoor dining seating, shade umbrella, & fire pit with extra chairs…our favorite spot to gather with the entire group! Off the main living area is a hallway that leads to the first br (Queen sized bed + a Twin sized bed) & a full bath (tub/shower combo).
Upstairs houses the entire master suite (*NOTE no door off the stairway, but still fully private from downstairs)! Our favorite place to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset is the ocean view deck located off this space. The master also includes a King size bed, SMART TV (with full cable), vacation workstation, & ensuite bath (surround shower).

• Parking includes an oversized carport for 2 cars, tandem, apprx dimensions 9’w x 39’l. Additional parking includes free overnight street parking + various nearby paid & unpaid public parking lots.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
